About the Job
We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to support our practice in Marin City. This full-time or part-time position combines direct patient care with care-team development, QI work, and population health management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain clinical programs to deliver high-quality clinical care to the family medicine patient population.
- In coordination with the clinical and operational leadership, provide input on the impact of clinic programs and policies on our patients and staff.
- Collaborate with specialists and other clinical partners, MarinHealth and UCSF.
- Contribute to the implementation of a comprehensive quality management program related to family medicine services.
Requirements
- For MDs/DOs: Current CA Medical License and Board Certification Eligibility.
- Demonstrated medical clinical skills.
- Interest in working with a diverse patient population in a community-based organization and sensitivity to their needs and health problems.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with individuals from a wide range of ages, socio-economic, ethnic, racial backgrounds, and disabilities.
