We are looking for a highly skilled Front Desk Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at our hotel's front desk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing staff, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SUPERVISING AND COORDINATING THE DAILY OPERATION OF THE FRONT DESK.
  • ENSURING GUEST SATISFACTION THROUGH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
  • RECRUITING, TRAINING, AND MANAGING FRONT DESK STAFF.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum reflects the level of responsibility and expertise required for this role.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
