Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum standards and meet the diverse needs of our students.
  • Use data-driven instruction to drive student growth and proficiency in English Language Arts.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and collaborative school culture.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement school-wide initiatives that promote academic achievement and social-emotional growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Education or related field.
  • Current Colorado teaching license with relevant grade/content endorsement.
  • Minimum two years of lead teaching experience.
  • Experience with progress monitoring, data collection, and analysis.
  • Knowledgeable about culturally responsive instruction and critical pedagogical frameworks.

  • Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $94,800 depending on experience and level of education.
