About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Financial Manager to join our team at Solar Energy Solutions. This is a key position within the company, requiring strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the company's financial activities, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.

As a Senior Financial Manager, you will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in construction accounting, progressive billing, WIP, and job costing. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, and paid holidays.
