About the Role

SBM Management Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
  • Conduct surface care tasks, such as dusting, sanitizing, and polishing metal and wood surfaces
  • Ensure waste removal and recycling are handled efficiently
  • Perform light maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies

Requirements

  • Previous custodial experience is preferred but not required
  • Must pass a drug test and background check
  • Reliable transportation is necessary

Working Conditions

This is a temporary full-time position with the possibility of extension. The shift is Monday to Friday, 5:00pm to 1:30am. The hourly rate is $16.00 to $16.40.
