We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Gastroenterology team at 7 North Butterworth Hospital. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care to patients with gastrointestinal and urological diagnoses, including post-operative patients and those with complex medical conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
