Pharmacy Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented Pharmacy Technician (Liaison) professional to join our team at CPS Solutions, LLC. As a Pharmacy Liaison, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, working alongside clinical pharmacists, interacting with physicians and healthcare professionals, and helping patients find payment assistance programs.
Responsibilities
• Greet patients upon arrival to the clinic and explain the benefits of our specialty pharmacy
• Perform all insurance benefit investigations, prior authorization, claim rejects, overrides, etc.
• Work with patients to find financial aid (grants, manufacture programs, discount cards, etc.) to ensure they have access to the medications they need
• Provide direct support to enrolled patients to ensure that they are supported throughout their therapy regimen and achieve their intended outcome
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a pharmacy liaison/technician highly preferred
• Registered, or the ability to become registered, as a pharmacy technician in the State of Mississippi
• Experience interacting with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals (preferably in a medical clinic)
• Knowledge of benefit investigations, prior authorization support and patient financial assistance work a plus
