Pediatric Acute Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Acute Care Rehabilitation team at Dell Children's Medical Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including observation, documentation, and communication of patient healthcare needs.
- Assist with patient care, including implementation and monitoring of patient care plans, and participation in transition to practice programs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Document and implement physician and nursing orders, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
- ADN or BSN, 1 year experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
