Mixologist at Fairfield Inn

At Summit Hospitality Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Mixologist to join our team at the Fairfield Inn.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all guests are of proper age to consume alcohol by following standard and federal/state/local regulations for serving alcohol.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance at all times.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or bars with high volume and active serving environments.
• Exceptional people-pleasing orientation and strong communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy throughout shifts.
• Ability to learn quickly, train others, and develop and maintain positive work relationships with colleagues.
