Regulatory Governance VP

Job Summary:

The VP for Governance of Tier 1 Regulations is responsible for interpreting, developing policy documents, and designing controls for certain Tier 1 regulations, with a focus on Confidential Supervisory Information. The individual will work in the first line of defense within CBNA's Head Office and should be an attorney or a compliance professional with deep experience in US regulations, particularly those pertaining to Confidential Supervisory Information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key stakeholder relationships within Citi to ensure effective control design and governance for Confidential Supervisory Information.
  • Implement and run governance forums to oversee Confidential Supervisory Information.
  • Lead in the drafting of key updates on Confidential Supervisory Information for senior management.
  • Act as a key point of contact for regulatory enquiries for Confidential Supervisory Information.
  • Track and monitor regulatory issues, regulatory commitments, and enforcement actions for Confidential Supervisory Information to ensure appropriate reporting in senior forums.
  • Communicate with stakeholders on a timely basis in a clear and concise manner.
  • Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional macro level topics with key stakeholders relevant to Confidential Supervisory Information.
  • Act as the 'voice' for Confidential Supervisory Regulations.
  • Experience in other US regulations, such as 12 CFR 7, OCC HS, S&S Standards, 12 CFR 5, and Regulation Y, is an advantage.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance.

Education:

  • Attorney or a Compliance Professional in any line of defense.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $103,000 - $155,000
