Family Partner Position

NORTH SUFFOLK COMMUNITY SERVICES INC is looking for committed Family Partners to enhance our team. In this role, you will collaborate with parents and caregivers of youth facing serious emotional challenges, providing essential support and guidance. This position offers flexibility, allowing for both in-person community interactions and remote work tailored to family needs.

  • Engage with parents and caregivers through various activities in home settings and community environments.
  • Assist in achieving the treatment objectives outlined in the youth's care plan.
  • Coordinate services alongside Care Coordinators and external service providers.
  • Empower parents to meet the needs of their children through education and support.
  • Participate in care planning meetings and maintain consistent communication with families.
  • Qualifications include a background in Human Services, experience with youth and families with special needs, and excellent communication abilities.
