Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Psychologist to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations, as well as experience in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths, challenges, and learning needs.
- Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement IEPs and BIPs, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive educational environment.
- Counseling and Guidance: Provide counseling and guidance to students individually or in group settings to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress, interventions, and transition plans.
- Intervention and Support: Design and deliver evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavior, academic success, and overall well-being.
- Education and Licensure: Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology, with a valid license or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience working as a School Psychologist, with a strong background in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting assessment results.
- Skills and Knowledge: Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting assessment results, with a strong understanding of special education laws, regulations, and procedures.
