As we strive to provide exceptional patient care, we are seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to work full-time in Durham & Burlington Offices. This role offers a competitive salary of $10,000 sign-on bonus and provides opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply nursing theories and concepts to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Document care effectively to meet reimbursement guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in Interdisciplinary Team meetings and quality reviews as scheduled.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • At least two years of clinical nursing experience, with a preference for hospice nursing experience.
  • Working knowledge of home health and hospice care programs and the nurse's role within them.
  • Ongoing education and training, including 12 hours of continuing education annually and CPR certification.
  • Able to travel based on agency need and accept weekend/evening and holiday call assignments.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, along with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
