GK's Custom Polishing, Inc. specializes in the maintenance and restoration of hard surfaces, offering a Comprehensive Training Program for individuals eager to learn about various materials such as concrete, granite, marble, and travertine. The demand for skilled professionals in this sector continues to rise, and we are seeking exceptional candidates to join our team.

Our company has dedicated over $15,000 to establish a state-of-the-art training facility, providing a unique opportunity to learn in a controlled setting alongside experienced craftsmen. Upon successful completion of the training program, participants can advance to the role of certified Head Hard Surface Technician. We pride ourselves on being the premier provider of hard surface maintenance and restoration services in the area, ensuring you receive the best training available.

Our technicians handle both commercial and residential projects. Graduates of the training program have the opportunity to progress to Head Technician positions, where they will lead their own teams, manage projects, and enjoy increased responsibilities and compensation.

GK's Custom Polishing, Inc. operates throughout the year, offering stable employment without seasonal interruptions.

Compensation:

New hires in the program will start at a competitive wage, with opportunities for regular pay increases as skills are developed. Overtime is frequently available, and Head Technicians begin at a higher pay rate. With dedication, you can achieve a promotion to Head Technician within a few months.

NIGHT SHIFT – Starting pay of $20.00 per hour, with guaranteed raises. Head Technicians earn $22.00 per hour, plus attendance bonuses.

Work Schedule:

Qualifications:

  • Due to the nature of our clientele, a background check will be conducted. Some travel may be required periodically.
