Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapy to youth and families
  • Complete intakes and conduct thorough assessments
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client
  • Maintain contact with collaterals and ensure a smooth transition to community-based clinical supports
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
  • LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC licensure strongly preferred
  • Experience with individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, substance use, and DBT
  • Strong understanding of the juvenile justice system and ability to work with diverse populations
