Our ideal Lash Artist:
Enjoys working with people and building strong relationships

Can work independently and take initiative

Understands the importance of safe application techniques and is committed to ongoing learning

Is highly motivated, friendly, and responsible, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Must have a Cosmetology or Esthetics license and 2+ years of experience as a Lash Technician

Required Skills:
Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

Ability to initiate self-learning and educate clients on products and services offered

Hired individuals are eligible for a hiring bonus after successful completion of The Lash Lounge Stylist Certification program.
