Job Summary:

We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with experience in clinical diagnosis (ADOS-2; Vineland-3 or PDD-BI or other assessment tools) to evaluate clients for autism spectrum disorder. The successful candidate will work closely with patients to assess their mental health needs, write diagnostic reports, and provide compassionate care and communication with parents about the results of assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments (ADOS-2; Vineland-3; PDD-BI and others) to evaluate patients' mental health conditions
  • Analyze assessment results and write clear and comprehensive reports based on in a timely manner
  • Provide compassionate communication to families when discussing evaluation findings
  • Maintain active credentials and licensure
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
  • Provide patient education on mental health topics, coping strategies, and self-care techniques and other possible treatment methods
  • Offer support and guidance to patients with developmental disabilities or PTSD
  • Maintain a positive image while representing the company professionally in the field of ABA, psychology, and within the community
  • Participate in community outreach activities (talking to a parent group about autism) or marketing events
  • Community outreach and networking with local physicians and other community referral sources
Requirements:
  • Strong background in pediatric mental health disorders and diagnostic evaluations
  • In-depth knowledge of behavioral health theories, principles, and practices
  • Proficient in conducting psychological assessments and diagnosing mental health disorders
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse patient populations
  • Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professional boundaries
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, ADHD, or PTSD is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and reach deadlines (such as report submission deadlines)
  • Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping
