About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Glazing Expert to join our team at Krispy Kreme HWY1604 and HWY281 Sonterra. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for creating intricate glaze designs and patterns that add an extra layer of visual appeal to our doughnuts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain expertise in glaze design and application techniques.
• Create intricate glaze designs and patterns that exceed customer expectations.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in glaze design and application techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with food service experience is valued but not required.

Compensation: Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
