Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at EnerStaff LLC. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for providing field mechanical service to compressors and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain compressors and other equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble components and equipment to ensure proper alignment, balance, and tolerances
  • Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
  • Perform field maintenance tasks, including equipment troubleshooting, installation/removal, and repair
  • May be required to perform machine tool work using lathes, mills, saws, etc.
  • Remove and clean compressor rotors
  • Replace and install gear boxes
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings
  • Inspect equipment by checking bearing clearances, rotor conditions, etc.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Demonstrated ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Willingness to work at heights, walk on high elevation grating, and to walk up and down stairs with or without accommodation
  • Willingness to support policy of a drug-free work environment

Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel 60%-70% of the time.

Additional Information: This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
