The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in the Social or Behavioral Sciences or a related field, with at least two years of experience in social services. Bilingual skills in English and Chinese, Vietnamese, or Spanish are required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills and ability to work independently are also essential.
