Compensation

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $23.79/hour to $38.36/hour, based on education and experience, with additional shift differential available for evening and overnight shifts.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team at Norman Regional's Brand New Campus. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MRI and X-ray exams in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings
  • Conduct radiographic procedures in-department and portable radiographic procedures in the emergency and inpatient setting
  • Perform imaging associated with fluoroscopic, surgical, endoscopic, and tomographic procedures as needed
  • Ensure quality assurance tasks on equipment are performed as required
  • Deliver high-quality patient care while prioritizing safety for both patients and staff

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited two-year or four-year program in radiologic technology
  • Registration with the ARRT or eligibility for registration
  • 1 year of experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist and/or MRI Technologist (preferred)
  • BLS certification
