Job Summary:
The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs for children aged 0-5. They will work closely with other educators and staff members to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all children. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing lesson plans, engaging with children through various activities, collaborating with colleagues, communicating with parents, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
