Aesthetician Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetician to join our team at SkinSpirit. As a Master Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and skillfully performing treatments to meet each client's unique needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultations and develop tailored treatment plans for clients
• Perform a range of treatments, including clinical facials, extractions, medical-grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micro-penning
• Educate clients on treatment processes and provide pre and post-treatment care instructions
• Respond to client queries and needs, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and techniques, applying best practices in treatments
• Ensure client safety at all times
• Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered by SkinSpirit
• Maintain equipment and inventory of products, adhering to established protocols
• Generate and maintain a client base, attending trainings and meetings as required
• Assist with other duties as assigned, including occasional travel to other locations for training

Requirements:

• Active Aesthetician license in Maryland required
• 2+ years of esthetician experience preferred
• Experience with chemical peels, dermaplaning, and micro-penning desired
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and ingredients
• Existing clientele is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask, work evenings and weekends, and maintain a flexible schedule

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, or stooping, use of hands and arms, reaching, and talking
• Occasional periods of sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing, or balancing, pushing/pulling heavy objects and/or machinery

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, location, and market.
