Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize shower and restroom facilities, ensuring a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Wash, load, and unload towels for showers, ensuring a consistent supply of clean towels.
- Perform general repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the store remains in good condition.
- Pick up and remove all trash and recyclables from the store and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
