We are seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist to join our team at the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG). As a specialist in Gastroenterology, you will be part of an industry-leading health care delivery model, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our members.

About the Role

As a Gastroenterologist at MAPMG, you will be responsible for providing outpatient consultative and endoscopy services through an internal referral system in a collegial environment that allows for work-life balance. You will also have access to state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment and will be supported by an experienced team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient consultative and endoscopy services
  • Access to state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment
  • Support a call schedule where call is divided equally amongst all providers
  • Provide inpatient coverage at affiliated hospitals
  • Work with an experienced support staff
Requirements
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
  • Work visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants

MAPMG offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting annual salary of $525,000, which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
