Job Description:
- We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and KPI goals.
- You will be responsible for developing new clients by enhancing and developing business, maintaining client books, and generating sales through appointments, consignments, and daily correspondence.
- As a Keyed Wardrobe Specialist, you will capture client data, complete outreach, and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
- You will also uphold all brand values and relationship values, communicate and promote St. John promotional programs, and follow through on multiple projects and store priorities.
- A key aspect of this role is ensuring accuracy of all POS procedures, performing all POS functions accurately, and opening and closing the store according to Company standards.
- You will also maintain a high level of quality in work, attendance, and appearance, actively contribute to non-selling activities, and assist in execution and maintenance of visual merchandising standards.
Requirements: 2-5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury sector, with exemplary selling and clienteling skills, computer skills in Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and POS systems.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
