Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans

Requirements

•⁠ Relevant inpatient/outpatient experience is preferred
•⁠ Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program is required
•⁠ State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure is required
•⁠ American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days
