Patient Care Associate

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Associate to join our team at Cooley Dickinson Health Care, a member of the Mass General Brigham system. As a Patient Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Perform routine patient care activities under the direction of licensed nursing personnel, requiring technical or on-the-job training.
- Assist with clerical, supply, and messenger responsibilities.
- Monitor patient safety and report any concerns to the nursing team.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Nursing Assistant certification, Medical Assistant certification, or a nursing student with a minimum of 6 months student clinical experience required.
- 6-12 months of nursing assistant experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
