We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endoscopy Nurse to join our team at TriStar Skyline Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals undergoing gastrointestinal and pulmonary endoscopic procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, full-service endoscopic care to patients from age 12 to geriatric, including inpatient and outpatient diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest endoscopic technologies, techniques, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a high-acuity setting.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
