Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Registered Nurse Med Surg to join our team at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge. As a key member of our Med Surg unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs of patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Acute care RN experience preferred.
