At Firehouse Subs, we're looking for a skilled Meat Slicer to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our food preparation team, you'll be responsible for ensuring all sliced meat is portioned and rotated in the cooler and sandwich line. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portion and rotate sliced meat in the cooler and sandwich line
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant by following daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists
  • Ensure ample portioned product is available for the current day
