Banner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse RN to join our Progressive Care Unit team. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical plans of care.
- Provide direct patient care, coordinate, delegate, and supervise the activities of the healthcare team.
- Evaluate patient progress towards goals and expected outcomes in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
- Document assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record.
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Experience must include working in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area.
