Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time position in Lewes Beach, DE. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students with diverse communication needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Speech Therapy Services: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students in enhancing their communication skills.
- Conduct Assessments: Evaluate students' communication needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with School Staff: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Monitor Progress: Track student progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
- Document Services: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: A graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
- CCC from ASHA or Eligibility for CFY: Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required.
- Delaware State Licensure or Eligibility as an SLP: Delaware state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
- Previous Experience in a School Setting: Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
