Responsibilities
  • Manage patient expectations and create a positive front office experience
  • Assist in the delivery of patient-focused care
  • Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist-type role; 11⁄2 - 2 years preferred
  • BLS certification required
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred
