Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and constructing electrical panels based on schematics and technical drawings, and occasionally from rough sketches.
- Connecting sensors, controls, PLCs, I/O blocks, and safety devices.
- Activating PLC controls and conducting tests on devices, I/O, safety functions, motors, and drives.
- Updating drawings and schematics to reflect actual modifications.
- Installing, wiring, and testing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical motion control systems.
- Traveling domestically and internationally to install and commission systems.
- Maintaining and repairing electrical systems within the facility and equipment.
- Providing both mechanical and electrical support across all areas of the workshop.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in wiring and troubleshooting electrical systems for industrial machinery, robotics, and automation.
- Formal training or certification in electrical systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
- Extensive experience in wiring industrial equipment.
- Knowledgeable in identifying, installing, and wiring motor control devices, VFDs, Block I/O, control transformers, reactors, and other standard industrial components.
- Familiarity with UL, IEC, NEMA, NFPA, and other relevant standards.
- Experience with the installation and testing of safety controllers, interlocks, RFIDs, and other industrial safety and automation devices.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and comprehensive knowledge of PPE, LO/TO, Arc Flash, and other safety protocols.
- Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time.
- Consistent attendance and reliability.

About Us:
Everett Industries, LLC, is a prominent manufacturer of abrasive saws designed for cutting hard steel, aerospace, and medical alloys. Our company has evolved from producing basic tool room cut-off saws to developing a range of fully automated abrasive cutting systems over the past few years. These systems adhere to machine tool standards and incorporate full automation along with various automated material handling and safety controls. You will primarily contribute to this segment of our operations.

Compensation and Benefits:
This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay, with bi-weekly direct deposit. Employees receive 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) annually. 401k benefits become available on the first day of the quarter following 90 days of employment, with a sliding scale match of up to 3.5% at a 6% contribution. We cover the full premiums for an HSA group health plan, and long and short-term disability benefits are accessible after 30 days of employment.
