We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated 1st Grade Teacher to join our team at North Panola School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and social growth in our students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our students.
- Establish a positive and respectful classroom environment that promotes active learning and collaboration.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with district standards.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
- Valid Mississippi Class A teaching certificate or higher.
- Alternate route certification may be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
