Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Role:

This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and with a team. The successful candidate will have a valid chauffeur's license and good driving record, with at least 2-3 years of experience operating box trucks.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the daily Appliance Pickup Process, following a predetermined route to collect appliances and deliver to recycling centers
  • Meet established daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators for appliance pickup appointments
  • Convey a positive image of project partners by maintaining a professional appearance
  • Track and report pickups and deliveries using a mobile device
Requirements:
  • Valid chauffeur's license and good driving record
  • 2-3 years of experience operating box trucks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lead, motivate, be diplomatic, and build positive rapport with customers
