About the Role

CoolSys is seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration and HVAC Systems Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration and HVAC systems in commercial settings.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems in commercial settings
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities to ensure system efficiency and longevity
  • Test and balance systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration installation and maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicle
  • Active EPA certification and ability to work with refrigerants
  • Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in elevated locations
