About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Auditor/Tax Consultant to join our team at Eclipse Solutions. As a key member of our financial services team, you will provide expert advice to our clients on accounting, taxes, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and independent advice to clients on financial matters, including accounting and valuation, taxes, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review individual and consolidated financial statements according to HGB and IFRS.
  • Lead and supervise team members, participate in special audits, conduct expert activities, and prepare complex opinions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Hold a Wirtschaftsprüferexamen (German public accountant exam) and possibly a Steuerberaterexamen (German tax advisor exam).
  • Have extensive professional experience in tax consulting and auditing.
  • Be a team player with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • Be willing to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
