Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Children's Minnesota. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our Neonatologists to provide high-quality care to critically ill infants. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing your expertise to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Neonatologists to coordinate patient care needs for high-risk newborns
  • Manage critically ill infants' care using expertise and evaluative tools
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide comprehensive care
  • Uphold NNP best practices in all practice environments
Requirements
  • Current MN RN License
  • Current MN APRN License
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Current NRP Certification
  • Completed advanced training program and certified by NCC as a neonatal nurse practitioner
  • 2 years level III RN or NNP experience required
  • 3yrs NNP experience in a Level III NICU or 2 years NNP experience in Level III NICU and 1yr transport experience preferred
  • 500 Clinical Hours within last three years
