We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Transport Specialist to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport goods from our distribution centers to customers across the region using a manual transmission vehicle (preferred)
  • Accurately record deliveries, including time-stamped signatures and any issues encountered during transit
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery operations
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and compliance within our organization

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class A license with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
  • Minimum three months of commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry
  • Able to read and communicate in English, able to hold a conversation and respond to official inquiries
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
