Job Summary

Vitality Works is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Custodial Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, and participating in the development and improvement of quality programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a visitor-ready work environment, ensuring the department area is organized, safe, and clean.
  • Understand and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures and Quality programming.
  • Ensure all production and packaging utensils, blending and storage containers are washed, clean, and dry.
  • Restock all clean and dry utensils, blending and storage containers in designated areas.
  • Clean production floors, walls, ceilings, windows, surfaces, and assigned equipment.
  • Empty and dispose of all trash in production areas.
  • Sign out supplies properly from the supply closet and communicate with the supervisor when supplies are getting low.
  • Take directions from Production Support Tech III, Production Supervisors/Managers, and QA.
  • Notify Production Supervisors/Manager, QA, and/or Production Support Tech III with any concerns regarding nonconforming product or environment.
  • Mentor temporary labor force to ensure productivity and quality of department outputs.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or sufficient experience pertaining to this position.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Prior warehouse experience a plus.
