About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:- Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting, prioritizing patient-centered care and collaboration with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary, adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Ensure seamless communication with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, leveraging strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Participate in regular clinical team meetings, discussing patient cases and clinical topics to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest psychiatric disorders, psychopharmacological treatments, and non-pharmacological interventions.
- Must hold a PMHNP license and be open to licensing in alternative states.
- Prior work as a PMHNP is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of respect and open communication.
- Solid computer and basic technology skills, ensuring seamless integration with our telehealth platform.
- Strong clinical background in psychiatry, with a focus on diagnosis, treatment, and patient care.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, prioritizing patient care and meeting deadlines.
