Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Family Medicine team at Tenet Healthcare Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care under the direction of a physician, assisting medical providers, and maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
