Key Responsibilities

  • Provide restorative and supportive care to preserve the home environment
  • Monitor and report health status to the Home Care Coordinator or Registered Nurse
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, co-workers, and medical staff
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly
  • Current Home Health Aide Certification - New Jersey
  • Current driver's license with proof of auto insurance
  • Safe driving record with reliable transportation
