Hotel Custodian

At Residence Inn Noblesville, we pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Hotel Custodian, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Residence Inn Housekeeping Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Clean and dust guest rooms, including dusting furniture, fixtures, and equipment;
• Make beds, change linens, and leave the bathroom sparkling;
• Restock all guest room supplies, such as soap, shampoo, and towels;
• Organize linen closets, restock carts, and prepare for the next day's tasks;
• Remove trash and dirty linens;
• Greet guests with a friendly smile;
• Ensure all rooms meet hotel standards;
• Protect equipment and prevent inadequacies;
• Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, or disturbances;
• Adhere to health and safety protocols;

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A professional demeanor and clear communication skills;
• The ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform repetitive motions;
• A High School Diploma or equivalent;
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
• A customer-oriented and friendly attitude;

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
