About the Role:

  • Lead students towards their intellectual, emotional, psychological, and physical growth and maturation through provision of appropriate guidance and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality instruction and support to students in a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
  • Cultivate a love for learning and promote academic excellence among students.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
  • State of Alabama certification as a teacher.
  • Proven track record of teaching and mentoring students with varying abilities and backgrounds.

Salary and Benefits:

  • An estimated salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
