Key Responsibilities- Create an exceptional pool experience by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement creative programming, events, and collaborations that resonate with our hotel guests and local community.
- Source new and maintain existing networks of musicians, artists, and other creative partners to enhance the social scene.
- Establish and form programs that cater to the senses, including sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste.
- Work closely with the Guest Service Manager to develop and execute initiatives that drive operational performance.
- Prioritize and manage new vendor relationships, ensuring seamless integration with our existing operations.
- Communicate effectively with the property management team and staff to ensure efficient operational performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects effectively.
- High School Diploma preferred, with 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Creative spirit, motivation, and willingness to experiment.
