Position Summary:
The PACU Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in the recovery of surgical patients post-anesthesia. This position requires maintaining high standards of nursing care during the post-operative Phase I assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to surgical patients.
- Collaborate with the operating surgeon and anesthesiologist to prioritize patient care.
- Maintain knowledge of PACU protocols and hospital policies.
- Ensure recovery of patients post-Endoscopy and post-Interventional radiology procedures who have received anesthesia.

Qualifications:
- RN license in Massachusetts is required.
- BSN is strongly preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications are required or must be obtained upon hire.
- A solid background in critical care is essential.

Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, Day/Evening shifts, latest until 11:00 PM.
- Flexible hours available.
- On-call duties required, including holidays, overnight, and weekends.
