Job Summary

As a Team Lead at Auntie Anne's, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store in the absence of or as directed by the Manager or Assistant Manager. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless store operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Direct and coordinate the activities of Crew Members, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and tasks.
  • Customer Service: Monitor customer service and relations, addressing and resolving customer needs, questions, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the opening and closing procedures, including daily and scheduled maintenance and cleaning procedures, to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, check in, and supervise the storage of all food items and supplies, transmitting related paperwork to the Manager.
  • Training and Development: Conduct and/or supervise training of new employees, as directed by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of Crew Members, as directed by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Compliance: Comply with all Auntie Anne's policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations, such as safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-Know, EEO, ADA.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Display strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members, customers, and management.
  • Math Skills: Possess basic math skills and the ability to operate a calculator.
  • Dependability: Have dependable transportation and be able to be readily contacted by phone.
  • Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, working with agility, and occasionally working long hours. The ability to see, hear, and speak is also required for communication and safety purposes. Additionally, the ability to test products by taste, color, and smell is necessary.
